Amy is Director and Head of Company Secretarial at Ocorian, overseeing secretarial and operational services across multiple jurisdictions. She has a Law with Politics degree, an MSc in Management and Corporate Governance, and is an Associate of The Chartered Governance Institute. Recognized in the Governance Hot 100, she recently won silver at the Irish Provincial Rowing Championships and is ranked just outside the world’s top 20 in indoor rowing.
