What is the refund policy?
If for whatever reason you can't make IMPACT PLAYERS after you purchase your ticket, you have a couple of options:

Is the venue accessible?
ICC Belfast prioritizes accessibility with features like Changing Places toilets, wheelchair spaces, lift access, assistance dog accommodations, improved signposting, and JAM card-trained staff. The venue also provides a Social Narrative Accessibility Video to help visitors navigate and offers a Changing Places facility with equipment like hoists and adult-sized changing benches in the Riverside Foyer.

What if the event is cancelled?
We’re confident that IMPACT PLAYERS will go ahead. However, be assured that if we have to cancel IMPACT PLAYERS at any point, then you’ll receive a full refund.
